Park Slope | Brooklyn, NY

We had the opportunity to renovate this spacious 1,500 sq ft apartment, designed by Kyle Page of Sun Dial Studios. We salvaged and restored the existing architectural moldings, parquet floors and the original doors. We exposed the steel beams in the living room which infused the existing Pre-War architecture with a hint of industrial masculinity. We are so grateful to the Matthews-Stevens family for being so kind to our team and so experimental and creative in their vision.

King Street | New York, NY

The King Street project was performed for designers Gretchen Kraus and Brian Kelley. Sciame was the General Contractor and I was the project manager under Cross Architecture. I managed the installation of the tile scope, the wood finishes, and the door installations. The finished project is a romantic mixture of modern art and Moroccan influences.

Greene Street | New York, NY

This SOHO loft was re-created using extremely large panes of glass creating private spaces. Fox Force Five worked in collaboration with Crystal Glass and the craning company NY Sign Art.

Upper East Side Townhouse | New York, NY

This townhouse was designed by Janet Cross of Cross Architecture and the Primary General Contractor was ZMK Group, Inc. We were lucky enough to work with these two teams in various capacities from exterior work to interior finishes as well as representing the owners.

55 Central Park West | New York, NY

This apartment renovation was designed by Chango & Co. They had such colorful and playful ideas. We were able to maintain the integrity of the historic and iconic building while modernizing the overall look. The scope included new finishes, new millwork and painting.
